Lavender Oat Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp. lavender syrup
  • 2 shots of espresso or freshly brewed coffee

  • Lavender syrup:
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. lavender buds

  • Topping:
  • 1 tsp lavender buds
  • 1/2 tsp bee pollen



Procedure

Froth oat milk using the Nespresso Aeroccino Frother.

Pour the lavender syrup, coffee and oat milk. Top with lavender buds and bee pollen.
