What purpose does a 6” square Boos with feet serve?

For someone who's tall! I have taught all of my sons how to cook and bake and they are in the kitchen all the time as grown adults. My sons range in height 5'8 - 6'3" and my son that is 6'3" always gets a backache from working in the kitchen. Especially when he's making pie or baking breads. They are home builders so some day he will make his counter top height more suited for him, but in the mean time I am on the hunt for a cutting board that he can use as a work surface to bring it closer to him instead of him hunching over and killing his back. Wish this one was a larger block, not just 6 x 6.
